Crafted by one of Singapore’s top food influencers, this traditional Singapore street snack recipe is elevated by using premium Aussie beef as curry puff filling.
Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Add diced onion and fry until translucent.
Add Australian Minced Beef and fry until beef is browned
Add curry paste, sugar and coconut milk
Lower heat and add corn flour slurry
Turn off heat and stir in chopped scallions
Allow beef filling to cool completely
Divide chilled pastry sheet into 9 squares
Fill each square with about 1 tbsp of filling
Fold into triangle and press down the edges
Refrigerate for 10 mins before crimping the edges with tip of a fork
Brush the puffs with egg wash
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 mins
