Ingredients

  • 500g Imperial Blossom Australian Wagyu Flank
  • 1 whole white onion

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Method

  1. Thinly slice the onions and stir-fry until softened.

  2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
