Beef Marinade
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the beef cubes with the marinade sauce. Allow it to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic cloves, stirring until fragrant and lightly browned. Remove the garlic and set it aside.
Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the marinated beef to the pan and sear until browned. Introduce the sliced bell peppers, pineapple chunks, and browned garlic. Cook the vegetables until crisp-tender.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and season with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
