Wow your guests with this Lamb Chop recipe that is suitable for every occasion
700g Australian lamb chops
Dried mint
Rosemary
1kg sweet potato
50g butter
Brown sugar
Milk
Cream
Nutmeg
Panko breadcrumbs
Garlic
Walnuts
Rocket leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Whole grain mustard
Preparing the Sweet Potato Mash
Boil the potatoes for 30 mins until soft
Pierce with a fork and add to a preheated oven at 250C and bake for 1 hour
Scoop out the insides
Mash together with butter, brown sugar, milk, cream and nutmeg
Add the finished mash to an ovenproof bowl
Broil in the oven at 275C until the top is slightly browned and crispy
Cooking the Lamb Chops
Mix panko breadcrumbs, mint, garlic, rosemary, finely chopped onions, salt and pepper into a bowl
Coat lamb chops in mixture
Fry in a pan using butter for 4 mins per side
Remove from the pan and rest for 10-15 mins
Final Dish
Serve all together with a side salad. Enjoy!
